Payment Policy

1. Payment Processing

Payments for bookings made through Skies Global Travel are processed securely via our payment processor(s). During the checkout process, you will be directed to a secure hosted payment page where you can enter your payment details. Prices, applicable taxes, fees, and payment conditions are displayed during the booking and checkout process.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and may vary. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

3. Booking Confirmation Requires Successful Payment

A booking is not confirmed solely because a payment request has been submitted. A booking is only marked as confirmed after:

• Payment has been successfully processed and verified by our payment processor; and
• Confirmation and availability has been received from the applicable travel Supplier(s).

Failed, declined, cancelled, or incomplete payments will never result in a confirmed booking. No travel services will be reserved or held on your behalf until payment is successfully completed and confirmed.

4. Payment Security

Skies Global Travel does not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our payment processor(s) in accordance with applicable security standards. We do not expose payment API keys, credentials, or sensitive payment information in our frontend application.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your payment.

6. Payment Gateway Flexibility

Our payment architecture is designed to support multiple payment gateways. Additional payment methods and processors may be made available in the future. The payment options available to you will be displayed during checkout.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the applicable Supplier conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any booking where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or where payment cannot be verified. In such cases, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of booking.
