3. Our Role as a Travel Booking Agent

Skies Global Travel acts as a booking agent and intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transfer companies, tour operators, and activity providers ("Suppliers"). We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers.

When you make a booking through us, you enter into a contract with the relevant Supplier(s) in addition to these terms. Supplier-specific terms, conditions, restrictions, cancellation policies, amendment fees, baggage rules, check-in requirements, and other applicable conditions will apply to your booking and will be communicated to you during the booking process where available.

4. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking request submitted through our platform does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once:

• Payment has been successfully processed and verified; and
• Availability and confirmation has been received from the applicable Supplier(s).

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any booking where payment has not been successfully completed, where availability cannot be confirmed, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the Supplier. Taxes, fees, and surcharges applicable to your booking will be displayed during the checkout process.

6. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation and amendment conditions vary depending on the Supplier, the specific fare, room rate, package, or service booked, and the timing of the request. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Supplier-specific terms applicable to your booking for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skies Global Travel shall not be liable for:

• Any acts, omissions, errors, representations, or negligence of any Supplier;
• Any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from travel services provided by Suppliers;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services;
• Any disruptions, delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, strikes, government actions, or force majeure events.

8. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you hold valid travel documents (including passports, visas, and any required health documentation) for all destinations on your itinerary. Skies Global Travel accepts no liability for any costs, losses, or damages arising from your failure to hold the required documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Skies Global Travel LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
